Any customer may cancel without any charge or fee prior to shipment. If the order is already shipped you would need to submit a return request. We have a fully automated return portal that allows you to set up the return and print a return label. We recommend not opening the package to maintain the integrity of all packaging so it can be safely returned back to Extreme PCs. All returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any damages incurred to the system by mishandling or by not returning the system in its original packaging.
